Loving touch is indeed a miraculous healer

I felt very safe and protected in the massage, I could relax and process some deep emotions. I felt embraced and accepted, and most of all loved. That is a very precious feeling and experience which I appreciate very much.

Jonas was loving, present, and yet respectful, not interfering with my inner processes, but gently guiding them, and assisting with his calm and warm presence. He is very caring, attentive and empathic. I could perceive that his wish is to help me heal, and blossom, and be happy.

I felt I can enjoy, I can surrender, I can receive all that love and care and tenderness which were highly healing and brought peace into my soul. After the massage, I felt lighter, as if I had shed an old skin, or dropped a heavy burden I had been carrying without knowing.

I realized that a loving touch is indeed a miraculous healer. I am very grateful for this experience and for the healing I have received in this way.
